The Garden of Gethsemane

Before his betrayal, arrest, trial, conviction and crucifixion, the Savior suffered in the Garden of Gethsemane, taking upon himself the sins of the world.  Tradition identifies the garden pictured below which is about 250 yards from the east wall of the city, across the brook Kedron.
