Willie rescue site.  The stricken handcart company crossed Rocky Ridge on the 23rd of October with some members of the company did not arrive into camp until 5:00 AM.  The Willie handcart company waited out a storm at this location and did not have the supplies to continue on, but were anticipating the arrival of rescue parties from Salt Lake City.
